Reasons Insurance, LLC: independent insurance agency
As of October 31, 2026.
Many states use a form called an SR-22 to prove insurance after a license action. An SR-22 is not an insurance policy. It is a certificate your insurer files with the state to show you carry the required auto insurance. Requirements differ by state. Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) lists its own Insurance certificate, form PS35016, for proof of auto insurance, and DVS says it must be completed by an authorized representative of the insurance company, not the agent. Your DVS notice lists the exact reinstatement requirements for your situation.
We’re an independent agency: we work with several insurers, compare the options available to you and explain the differences in writing. You make the choice. Bring your current policy and we'll read it with you.
